Insurance agencies are probably one of those things that you don't think make a difference to have unless you have experienced the difference they make. Like tissues when you have a super bad cold and you feel like you're blowing your nose so much it's going to fall off... Not having a good agent is like using the store brand tissues that feel like sandpaper and having a good agent is like the super luxuriant lotiony pillowy goodness. Obviously calling and asking them to change something like automatic deductions and going to their website to confirm the change was completed, they still take your money. Hopefully, I can get refunded, but the funds are tied up for seven to ten business days. The rep said she didn't know when I would get the funds because "it's super hard to do."

When I called to try to get a refund the guy was completely unapologetic and even snapped at me because I'm upset about the lack of oversight that has cost me several hundred dollars. Now, I have to jump through a bunch of hoops including filing a freedom of information act to try to get the records from the Department of Motor Vehicles that prove that the vehicle was titled in another person's name in October of 2013.
