Edith helped me with some preliminary information and scheduling our appointment with Michelle. Edith was very kind, caring, and professional and I really enjoyed our call!! The following week I spoke with Michelle, who gave me quotes and additional details regarding the policies. I also shared with her that we had some issues with our existing insurance company. I was waiting to see if they were going to resolve them first and if not, we would switch to State Farm. Michelle was absolutely wonderful!! She was very positive, enthusiastic, caring, professional, and very knowledgeable! And, she was very patient and didn't pressure me at all. It turned out that we weren't able to get resolution from the other insurance company and a few days later, I called Michelle back to setup our policies. The process was very smooth, quick, and efficient and we did it all over the phone. Michelle invited my wife and me to visit the office (when we had an opportunity) to put the face to the voice. And, we did shortly thereafter. We really enjoyed meeting Michelle in person. She was very warm and welcoming and introduced us to the team as well. We had five insurance policies that we were looking for quotes and I provided Jennifer with all the information on our current coverage. I took her less than 24 hours to reply with a quote for all the policies, which were $6,000 cheaper than the current policies we had with Allstate. Needless to say, we accepted the offers and what a pleasure it was dealing with Jennifer in issuing the insurance policies. We had one day to complete the process of getting the new policies since our current policies were expiring the next day. She even contacted the company Senior Sales Representative to try and expedite our homeowners policy and they were successful. We were able to get the insurance that day rather than the 2-3 days it takes for the insurance company to approve the policy. She certainly when above and beyond to get the policy issued. After going to State Farm, All State, and a few other major places for homeowner's quotes, I decided to look up a broker and gave him a call. He got me insured through Metlife for a lot less than State Farm quoted me. We also switched our auto insurance over when he gave us a quote through Safeco that was half as much as we were paying with State Farm (he says Safeco is one of the cheapest major insurer in Chicago). Outside of the great rates he finds as a result of being a broker, his service is excellent. He's in Berwyn but I've never needed to go to his office. He's very on top of e-mail and on the phone and follows up on things... He gets me what I need when I need, makes good suggestions, etc.
