We tried to get the full picture and additional information about the outstanding bill from Jacob - noone returned our calls, when we called Jacob and his son Avi were always "out for lunch". Their passive/aggressive secretary sent us personal derogatory emails - ridiculous. Emailed Jacob 3 times asking to get to the bottom of this - NONE were answered. We basically ended up footing a bill for 1/3 of our yearly premium for 1.5 month of coverage... Do yourself a favor and find a different insurance company in greater Boston area.

How many phone trees do you go through, how many people do you need to re-introduce yourself to before you get to the person that can actually help you? The main reason I love this place is calling them and- nines times out of ten- the person who can actually help you picks up the phone within a few rings. I was a little wary at first because they were located in Worcester, but it turned out to never make a difference. First, when I signed up, they saved me a good deal of $ on my insurance, while getting good coverage. Second, for the years I was with them, I never had to go to the DMV to renew my registation... they took care of everything! Third, if that wasn't enough, when I moved to CA, they offered to take care of cancelling my policy for me and returning my plates to the DMV if I mailed them to their office. They made my life so easy! I wish they would open a CA office!
