My exit was handled very badly, my cancellation document, which I signed and have a copy of, was never sent to the insurer, so weeks later I had to call the insurer directly and get that taken care of myself. But this wasn't the only time, many times in the past I could never get my agent to call me back. I guess she was off chasing big commercial real estate deals, and we private homeowners are too small to care about? Responding to company comment. They did not provide a quote before today. The first I heard back from the owner was this afternoon after I posted the Yelp review. I gave him my email again (after sending via text on February 7th) and today got a quote. I checked my inbox and junk folder and this is the first quote email from them.
