I called mid-morning and Vivian was able to get everything processed in a single day (with my previous agent, adding renters insurance took three days!). In addition, Vivian coordinated getting proof of my renters insurance to my landlord. Then, when my landlord had questions Vivian and Monalisa (another member of Diana's team) handled conversations with him. I was anxious to get a copy of my renters declaration form.
