It's hard to get in contact with my assigned agent PERIOD, if I had any questions. No one ever…read morecalls you back. I also was in a car accident, and the claims department was a joke. My claims agent was always "out on lunch" or "on the other line with another customer" when I tried to call them during business hours. There's no point leaving a voice mail. They don't EVER call you back! They set up a rental car for me, but never gave me or the rental company a time line when to return it. Instead I was notified four days after insurance stopped paying for the car by the rental company. So now I owe the rental company money. If I would of known how long I had the rental for I would of returned it on time. They're constantly leaving me in the dark and I have to call them to check on the status of the settlement. But like I've claimed before, if I call them, they don't answer or call me back if I leave a voicemail. I've had nothing but rude customer service with this branch. It's not worth your time or money to be insured with this company.
