Originally they said I owed $2k, after my own research and telling them what to do my refund was $26k. It took months for them to handle some relatively simple Schedule C and Section 179 depreciation expense. I had all my docs to them by mid-February. They didn't file until April. Then they put the wrong account number for my efile return and this caused it to go into an IRS black hole where I had to file a complaint with my senator, and work with an IRS advocate to finally get my refund in September. Their incompetence lead to me having to wait 8 months and spend enormous amounts of time, energy, and effort to fix their mistakes. I'm sure they'll have some evasive response working responsibility. First, I attempted to call a few times and the phone would make this loud beeping noise and I was unable to get through to anyone. As a result of not getting through to anyone, I decided to fill out the contact form with the hopes of scheduling a consultation. After not hearing from anyone, I decided to continue my CPA search. A week later, I received an email stating he was sorry and they would have someone look into the phone situation. I decided to give him a call and still give the company a chance. When he answered the phone, he appear very rushed but said we could schedule a consultation for Friday at 10AM via phone (he would call). Friday at 10AM came and I did not receive any calls. To say the least, I was very disappointed to have to start my search all over again. I had high hopes for the company based on the reviews. Hopefully the communication improves. As far as their actual services, I can't provide feedback as I didn't get that far.
