I tried three days in a row and the wait time was absurd. Day 1 43 minutes and had to hang-up, Day 2 39 minutes and had to hang-up, Day 3 30 minutes and had to hang-up. I called customer service at Texas edge and let them k​​now that I wasn't able to get my policy issue resolved because of the extreme hold times. They offered to reach out to them, sit on hold until someone was available and then call me for a three way call. Needless to say I got my issue resolved thanks to the help of their excellent customer service!

Lezlee Liljenberg nor her staff rarely reply to emails despite the email address being advertised on her materials and the Allstate app. When we have had claims issues with Allstate, the office hasn't been able to advocate on our behalf. It's disappointing all around. I find dealing with Allstate corporately difficult on the best days. Having Lezlee Liljenberg as an agent has never helped us and in some ways has made it worse.
