They let my policy to expire and make my mortgage company charge me a lot extra because they don't submit ontime my documents when I send it to them 3 weeks before my insurance expires. I keep calling every day to ask for updates and as soon as they see my number don't answer, when I call from a different number they pick up ,then I ask them why you don't answer my phone call ?
