Ms Rounds poor communication skills and lack of organization resulted in my home owner's insurance being cancelled without me being notified. My home in Naples was uninsured for over four months and I had absolutely no idea. I feel very fortunate that nothing happened to my house during this time, it could have been disastrous. Feeling panicked I asked if the policy could be reinstated and was told that they do not insure uninsured homes! Ms Rounds assistant claimed that emails had been sent pertaining to the cancelation. None were sent. No phone calls were made. They claimed the insurance company contacted me by email, which they had not. I do not live in Naples full time and apparently a letter had been sent which of course I didn't receive. I have finally received the reimbursement from the insurance company for the premium paid for the discontinued coverage. I would also like to point out that the inspection for this policy was in April and I was not notified of needed roof repairs until three weeks before they needed to be complete. They we're completed and photos were sent to her office as required. As a side note, my new carrier State Farm completed inspection and had results to agent within two days. Either this agency needs more reliable inspectors or Ms Rounds simply failed to notify me of inspection results until the last minute (after I had gone north for the summer and had to scramble to make the repairs.) My gut tells me the latter occurred. I have waited a week to write this review, thinking I might hear from Lindsey Rounds apologizing for this incident. I have not heard from her, hence this very negative review on perhaps the worst negligence in customer care I have ever experienced.

We met with Kristen yesterday, and we moved our home and flood policies to the Galt Insurance Group. The savings for insuring the home is literally HALF of what our current carrier was charging. We were also able to transfer our Flood policy over to the Galt Insurance Group. And so both policies are now with the same agency and carrier. Kristen was so wonderful to work with. So responsive, knowledgeable, and personable. We HIGHLY recommend you give them a call.
