I was very clear since day one I had one car in California and another one here in Naples. Now my dad who got into a car accident is in a big mess thanks to this office. I was told I can insured both cars under my name since I am the one making the payment. The California car is registered in Cali and the driver is in California plus I included the driver information license and registration. All details were disclose to the agent. I spoke with the owner who didn't offer a solution instead was rude about the situation and asked to call customer service instead. i really don't understand how he runs an office just to screw up people?
