I first spoke with John who told me that he did not know how to process such a change and would get back to me. This type of request took less than a 5 minute phone call when I moved to FL. I waited over two hours and never heard back from John. When I called back to ask him about an update he was short with me, rude and said there is no one available to help me. I asked to be transferred and reached Charlene who provided fantastic service. Less than 10 minutes later my auto policy is transferred and I have the documents I need for the county tag office. John should work to improve his customer service skills and seek out better training for his expected role. 5 stars for Charlene, 0 For John.

We were able to get a great rate on our renters insurance too. Now we are buying a home and Glen was, again, super efficient at getting us a home owners quote that was very comparable to other companies, and still beat them in price. I promptly saw the mistake they made and emailed a person named CLAUDIA, with the title of "AGENCY MANAGER". I told her to check her error as she sent me this persons HOME ADDRESS, VIN to her car, DOB, Home phone number, name of her husband.... you get the picture? Ripe for identity theft. .....................I never got an email back...........(crazy right?) ......................and I continue to get emails when this person adds renters insurance etc. with all of her personal info as of 1/1/16! I myself work in a sector where I deal with peoples SSNs and personal info, and this would be grounds for termination. Run.

All needs were different, and all at different levels of income. I had one very high mental health need. Terri worked with our problems and got us individual plans for each person when we first started with our health two years ago. This year teo insurance companies canceled their coverage and didnt alert us unril November, and the third child needed to change. And ihealth was quick to respond to me in multiple ways, (text, email and calks) and the back-and-forth of trying to get in touch was minimal. On top of that i was able to connect with the original broker id established rapport with two years ago! The personal interaction is so warm. Terri, our broker, took the time to really understand our individual needs. And in each case thoughtfully and thoroughly helped us navigate the system without having to sweat. She even called the GA exchange to help to get dates right. I actually talk this group up outside of online reviews. I tell my kids if there's anybody they know who needs help navigating and getting ACA through a brokerage to call these people. I don't think I can recommend them highly enough. They seem to be in it for the right reasons, everyone i interact with is friendly, and clearly they hold onto their employees. They're great!
