I was informed that my mortgage company would start sending payments to the insurance company and I was to cease from making payments. Unfortunately, the estimated payments did not take place and my home owners insurance was cancelled. I'm working with the financial institution to rectify this matter. I reached out to Robin for assistance to see if the policy could be reinstated. She sends me a form to confirm no loss or damage took place during the lapse and requested a form of payment. I informed Robin I was out of town (Tuesday) on business and did not have a personal credit card with me. That I could provide her with this payment Thursday the same week. She sends me an email Wednesday morning stating the underwriters would not wait (2 days) and stated I would need to find a new insurance provider. After 10 years of customer loyalty, I was simply discarded without a second thought. I shared this experience to warn consumers, stay far away from Assured Advantage! I called to get a quote for auto since they held my mothers Insurance…read more I spoke to the clerk and was placed on hold and waited and waited and waited -I finally hung up and I called again several days later and left message ....no return call. I call again the next day ....no return call. I gave up! Then I received a bill in the mail from a collection agency for my mothers car insurance . I was listed as a secondary driver. My mother had STOPPED DRIVING AND ENTERED AN ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY and Her POWER OF ATTORNEY HAD CANCELLED THE AUTO INSURANCE which is Ok. THEY WANT TO BILL ME FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE POLICY AFTER CANCELLATION WHICH IS NOT OWED. AND FURTHERMORE I AM NOT MY MOTHERS POA. FOR HER FINANCES. They have never returned my phone calls or contacted me to sort this out or ask questions apparently they just send a bill to whom ever they want- RUIN MY PERFECT CREDIT RATING.- with out any substantial information or an inquiry as to the circumstances. I have never seen a insurance company work against you and not with you since my mother has had home owners insurance and auto insurance for over 10 years with this same AGENCY. They couldn't be bothered to return my phone calls but they sure turn any money they wanted to collections agency that is NOT OWED and was NOT OWED to them. IT IS BETTER YOU SKIP THIS AGENCY.

They were…read morevery knowledgeable and were able to help navigate me through homeowners insurance, car insurance, and life insurance. The life insurance policy's are awesome! They were not pushy at all. We went in and stayed for about an hour (maybe an hour and a half) or so to go over the different policy's. That day we didn't end up getting anything and left. They called back to see if we were interested, and we were. We scheduled another time to come in and finalize details. The people were extremely nice and respectful of our time. Of course I was offered something to drinks and they ended up having cupcakes that day in office and offered those as well.
