A few months later I noticed…read morethat the new car wasn't on the account, it was evidently removed without any notification to me. The office claimed they added it and needed to investigate why back office removed the car. 2 days after not using my car due to no insurance I got an entire new policy with another firm in about an hour-- and at 20% less for the 5 cars than the 4 cars were costing me at Allstate! The kicker though is that now in May I receive a notice from collections that Allstate had sent a $171 charge to even though I never received a bill, certainly never an email or phone call follow up from this agent that claimed to be sorry for how I was treated previously, even though I explicitly asked the agent what I would need to do to close out the account and he never answered me. Horrendous communication throughout, incompetent at their systems and just interested in clients' premiums without caring about them.

No fault on my but fast-forward agent named Josh kept calling and kept calling kept calling for the spoke. We talked about me making a payment to get my insurance reinstated I told him once I get the money I will call to make the payment. He takes it upon himself and take an unauthorized payment so at first, I was gonna say something but then it was like for what is for the insurance, then they not gonna reinstate my insurance and I still have received. I still have not received my money back. It's been over two weeks and even speaking to him on the phone he mocked me he was making sounds as I statedhow upset I am blah blah blah I feel like he was laughing at me. He told me everything went through. It would take 7 to 10 business days. It's been over two weeks and I'm hearing that it didn't even get put through yet and this is the union office.
