I explained to Cathy that I had attempted to book my own vacation, but with all the choices available in the Caribbean, I wasn't sure where to go. I have never been to a tropical destination anywhere. The fact that I didn't have a passport didn't matter, Cathy suggested Puerto Rico. I told her my budget and she helped me figure out how to get the best value for my money. Cathy made all the necessary airline and hotel reservations based on my travel preferences and need to be safe; I was traveling solo this trip. My agenda was to read, relax and roll over, so she chose the Hilton Caribe Resort in the Condado area near San Juan. Cathy was knowledgeable and professional. I had a fantastic vacation, and it was over all too soon. The weather was perfect, my room was clean and well maintained and there was plenty to do when I wanted to do "touristy" activities. I stayed in the garden suites and I had a private patio with easy access to the beautiful tropical garden on the hotel grounds. The pool and beachfront are well maintained and I frequented them often. I will have wonderful memories for years to come and will recommend Cathy's services at Transoceanic to anyone I know who travels. Five of five stars!
