With that being said, my first call in I spoke with a VERY RUDE WOMAN, who did not care would not listen or want to work with me. She put me on hold eternal hold. I called back into the call center and fortunately was able to speak to a VERY KIND WOMAN who took the time to explain how Penn Mutual auto payment system works. Then, proceeded to work with me to put my fears and concerns to rest. I would not recommend this life insuance agency at all unless you have a life insurance agent you are working with and trust. I believe their are better Whole life Insurance companies /policies to deal with. I am very disappointed .

My car and home were both insured through Amica. I called to cancel my AUTO insurance policy and…read morethey took it upon themselves to also cancel my HOMEOWNERS insurance policy as well. I received no confirmation of this cancellation and didn't know it was cancelled until I received a refund check in the mail 2 weeks later. When I called Amica to have this rectified, the manager/supervisor Sheila was aggressive with me and refused to do anything about it. She just told me that I needed to start over with a new policy rather than just reinstate my policy that they decided to cancel without my permission. Sheila told me that she needed to listen to the recording of my conversation with the agent to prove that I indeed only wanted my auto insurance policy cancelled but never got back to me and hasn't returned my calls after leaving multiple voicemails

His wife Lisa Paolucci who works with him refused to give me information for a District Manager after being hung up on by his employee Corey for trying to understand a situation with my policy. Ryan never once came out to apologize for the rude interactions, except he left the office and then called the front desk to ask me if I was still there. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS!!!
