My family and I have been a long-time Allstate customer. Over the past 5 years or so, we've dealt with Sam Kuver. He's always been extremely helpful, kind, and most importantly honest. He's helped with a number of generic questions, quotes, and adjustments to our current policies. After dealing with numerous agents over the years, I can honestly say that Sam is by far the best. Always changing my bill, I've been with them for 3 yrs and still pay more than what I started with (i have a clean record). They don't tell you after a certain time they renew you policy and charge you a big fee added to your bill sucks. Although Sam is a very nice agent, his workers always have no clue as to why my bills go up, and won't call me back when they say they will. They sound like new workers who have no idea what they're doing. Time to switch companies. read more

This agency was involved in a very unethical situation. We've had Allstate for auto insurance for a long time and called to get a home insurance quote (moving from out of state). The quote was $1000 more than several other places so we decided against using Allstate for the home insurance. They asked if we wanted to move our car insurance (from our out of state Allstate agent) and we said no. They moved the car insurance anyways without our permission. Because our payments are auto drafted, when they effectively stole the policy it took it off auto draft and we were put cancellation due to nonpayment. Thankfully we noticed that the payment had not come out for the month and were able to call and figure this all out. Just mortified by this type of business dealing, unethical practice, and simply - bad behavior. Be leery of this agency especially if getting a quote from out of state! When I called to see if I was missing something he even tried to say that this is normal - it's absolutely not. When we are ready to actually move, we would CHOOSE who/what/which agency we want to move to (you can choose anyone in the state of Texas and there are several other Allstate agencies in BCS aside from him). Hoping Allstate takes care of this so it doesn't happen to other customers. read more

Sam Kuver took the time to help me understand exactly what my family's needs were concerning the ever changing car insurance business! Having not shopped for insurance in years, Sam and his excellent staff crafted a policy that gave us confidence should we ever be in an accident!! Sam also explained coverages that were lacking in our current home owners policy & for that reason will be switching to AllState for both auto & home! Having a local agent with an office & being able to meet face to face is a must in my opinion. 1(800) number insurance agencies Do Not instill confidence that they will be there when you need them!! Sam & his staff will be able to give you that personal touch most automated agencies severely lack!! I would feel just as confident meeting with Paige as I would Sam!
