In early December of this year a Subaru showed me no love by crushing/scraping my MiniCooper while we were both stopped at a light in Talleyville, DE. When the other car turned with me to go south, it took off north in a PA direction and I had to call Police to make a statement. Called State Farm and Tom's team told me what to do and in fact talked me sensibly to take my car to a local business to see if they could do some minimal magic as they had a reputation for doing. If that didn't satisfy me/my car situation, a report would be filed and arbragation process would ensue with any repairs done promptly. Turned out to be just what Dr. Tom had ordered as the scratch that was a mile long was wiped away completely and at NO CHARGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
