Keeping the old tags also made transferring EZPass impossible, which would have been nice to be warned about. So, February 2024 rolls around, no plate, call up Best Tags, "not their problem", call up PennDOT, after an hour bouncing around PennDOT, they indicate need to look something up based off the receipt. Call Best Tags again, they said they'd look into it. About two weeks later a brand new tag shows up in our mailbox in a manila envelope, with a registration date effective... February 2024. Something fell through the cracks, no explanation, no apology. As other commenters have noted, there are lots of places to get routine official transactions done at fixed market pricing, why go to a place which will give problems ?

Now the Paoli branch doesn't pick up when I call and I have left voicemails on Chris's phone. I will continue to leave a daily review across all platforms in desperate hopes that someone will actually contact me and tell me what is going on. It has been 5 MONTHS since I filed with you all and I have nothing to show for it. I have no title for my car and no registration.
