Unprofessional. I called to inquire about my rate going up by $25.00/month and was told it is a statewide increase. So I shopped around and found better coverage for a lower monthly price from Progressive. I immediately called the office back to cancel my policy before it renewed so I would not get charged. I was sent to voicemail so I left a message stating that I need to cancel my coverage. I got no phone call back and this was durning business hours. I figured it was all taken care of because I got no phone call regarding my cancellation. Lo and behold I was charged my higher rate and they essentially told me there's nothing they're going to do to expedite my refund and I can't contact the billing department. In summary, I called to cancel my coverage, they never called back and charged me the higher rate after I left a voicemail stating I did not want that to happen. Completely unprofessional. read more
