We didn't have Geico too long before I noticed that instead of lowering the payments every renewal, they just got higher. So we switched to State Farm. The local office is really friendly. I love the staff there. They're kind and they actually care. The website isn't very user friendly compared to my past companies, but since we're down the street from the office I just go in person to take care of everything. They actually make you glad to do it, too! Everything is easy to do and they work expeditiously. Recently my husband had an accident with a deer on the way home from work and we had to do our first ever claim. We'd never had any type of accident before and were freaking out a bit, but between the Pippin Towing folks and the folks at State Farm, we were able to get it squared away quickly. The accident was in the wee hours of a Friday morning. We called claims around 10am and the department's assessor quickly picked up our vehicle from Pippin and had assessed it by Wednesday. It was, unfortunately, a total loss, but the value they gave it was higher than Kelley Blue Book, and they'd paid out to our lender within two days of approving the payout! They worked fast and had no problem when I called them with questions. Whether from this office or from Claims, the experience we've had with State Farm has been really awesome. I appreciate them and all of their honesty and hard work. I'm really glad we switched to them, and to Matt Woods' office. Those folks really care.
