I am currently in the process of switching branches. I have been with Emily's branch for 5 years and I purchased a more expensive policy. There was an issue with billing and I found out about all these fees that she wasn't up front about. I regret going with a more expensive policy with her. It's been a huge headache with just figuring out the billing and why I was charged extra. I don't imagine she would be a good advocate for her clients if they were to file a claim. She doesn't have that internal drive to help others and it has been a huge disappointment working with her. I've been spending almost two weeks figuring a simple billing issue. There isn't transparency or honesty at her branch. I called state farm to see if I could file a complaint against Emily. They told me that the complaint would just go to the agent and she could do whatever they want with it. They recommended I change agents. If you feel like you're not being advocated for, it is very easy to change agents. You can call any state farm number, even your agent's office number, after hours to change your policy without ever speaking to your agent. You deserve to work with someone who treats you well and there are so many agents with differing values and approaches toward their customers. I shop for auto, home and earthquake insurance about every 2 years to compare insurance premiums and coverage. This year I had the pleasure to get quotes from Nicole Graham who is the office manager at Emily Brady State Farm Insurance. She provided me quotes which were a lot lower than other insurance companies. She was also timely in providing them as opposed to other insurance companies. I received the policies in a timely manner which was unlike my previous insurance company. I did have a problem on the beginning date of my auto insurance policy though. I emailed Nicole but I received an immediate answer back from Emily. Nicole was out sick, but Emily would make sure she would get it corrected right away. I received the corrected copy of the policy just a few days later. I am brand new to Emily's company but so far it has been a pleasure to work with them. I am using State Farm's Drive Safe & Save app on my phone and it has shown me ways to improve my driving and to lower my auto insurance premiums. So far so good! So I have actually been working with the representative Nikki Hake, and guys, I really cant rave about her enough. I have never had such incredible customer service, not just with insurance, but literally anywhere that was as good as Nikki. She is SO friendly, attentive, understands you life situations and works with what you got, and is never pushy for a bunch of extra stuff. But on that subject, she might not be pushy but she is unendingly knowledgeable about any type of insurance or coverage StateFarm has to offer. I am extremely happy to have Amity as an insurance agent. My late husband, Brad (died of COVID in 2020 at age 62--R.I.P.)
