When I called them, I was asked for my claim number, which I was told was supposed to have been given to me by my agent. I did get a follow up call later that day. The other drivers company called me w/i two hours of the accident.

The quality of customer service is horrific, the only person who seems to know what they're doing or care about your business in the whole building would have to be the manager, Cassy Green. Not to say that Allstate is a bad insurance company but this facilities choice of employees is not good. They are short, uninterested in the concerns you have and will not push the documentation through properly. Choose another agency.
