Not to say that Allstate is a bad insurance company but this facilities choice of employees is not good. When I called to have the issue corrected, I was told there was nothing they could do to fix it. To make matters worse, while I was still on the phone trying to resolve the problem, another attempt was made to withdraw the full double amount from my bank account. Instead of helping resolve a billing issue that their office created, I was left stressed and worried about my finances. Customer service should be about finding solutions, not telling customers there's nothing that can be done. I hope no one else has to deal with the same experience I did.
