REALLY disappointed in Broadstreet Bank's drive-through location in Mineola today. I waited…read moreliterally 20 minutes in line in the drive-through to make a $1,200 deposit with only one car ahead of me. Then when I finally got to the window, there was no apology for the long wait. To add insult to injury, the teller gave me a "miniature" thermal receipt for my deposit instead of the standard full-size deposit receipt they normally give you. That receipt didn't even show the current balance as it normally does. What's going on, Broadstreet?
