This is not acce customer service at all and to boot acted as though it was my fault. I scheduled things for a very good reason for my availability why would I not verify it. I came here to cash two checks my doctor's office sent me because I overpaid with my co-pay. This bank looks like a throwback in time. It looks like a movie set from a movie in the past. But the building does have personality. There was coffee and lollipops available to all customers that came in. I have been thinking about opening a new savings account and I think this might be the place I want to do so. I know they could help me save more of my coins!!!
