Apparently Thomas Young no longer handles the clients himself…read more Well, i called, asking for Mr. Young... the lady said she would help me. i told the lady we needed to find a new home insurance company, one that would be more conscientious and inclusive, in comparison to the one we have currently. After what seemedLike twenty+plus minutes of very personal questions (in order to get a Quote, which she said i had to), turns out they ONLY accept clients who purchase all of the other insurances too, Like auto and life, i Guess. i told her that we only needed home insurance in Aiken for our South Carolina home. The lady said she could not help us......... but, then she said they have an affiliate, American Modern, that could represent us for home only, however it turned out that they could not help us afterall, because our home is in A Living Trust. What a waste of time.
