My husband has probably called Atleast 10 to 15 times during "business hours" and yet no one picks up. We leave a voicemail and they get back to us the following day or later. Our vehicle has been at the shop 8 months now due to delay in parts coming from Germany but they have yet to make anything easy. At the beginning when we took it to the shop we were the ones having to call them to get things going and had to act like the mediator between the auto shop and the insurance as if we were working for the insurance. A total headache. We had to call corporate to get a answer from them about what is going on because they told us it'd be done this week. Corporate even tried to reach out and they had no luck so they connected us with a agent out in Cedar Rapids who was so professional and spoke to the shop to get everything done the same day. STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENT IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AN AGENT! We have both auto and homeowners insurance through them and that was a big mistake. If you are looking for a agent who communicates in a timely and efficient manner this is definitely not the place. Will definitely be switching insurance companies because of this experience.

Country Financial Total Loss Review…read more We have had Country Financial auto coverage for about 7 years. We got to see them in full action when I was in my first accident 1/5/18. It was technically my fault, because I rear ended someone (they stopped suddenly to stop for someone making an illegal turn) I leased my car, and I was very nervous about what that was going to mean for getting out of the lease. My accident was on a Friday night, so I didn't hear anything from anyone until Monday. The adjuster called early and told me the process for his part and what to expect. The claims agent also called to tell me about timelines and tried to put my mind at ease. Both were very kind and very good at setting expectations and delivering. The next day I found out my car was a total loss. When I was transferred to the total loss claims agent, he again, was very prompt and friendly. He explained to me what to expect, and again delivered on exactly what he told me. Nick was in touch through out this process and helped put my mind at ease that this would all turn out okay, which was nice to hear. Thankfully we had been told to buy keeper insurance. If you have a new car (under 3 years), I highly recommend this upgrade. There was a lot of damage to my car, and I was able to get more than Actual Cash Value (normal total loss payment). It took just about 2.5 weeks from accident to claim being closed, payments made to my lease company and me. I was very please with how every person interacted with me, the speed of service, and couldn't be more pleased with the payment I received. I highly recommend Nick and the Country Financial Auto teams.
