After numerous attempts to contact a person at this company, I wrote letters to the Annuity Representative in Post Issue Processing of Operations and Services, the President of Individual Business, the Executive Vice President of Technology and Operations, and the Chairman of the Board who is also the President and CEO. I never received any response despite all my letters and faxes. I had too many hoops to jump through to transfer funds from this company and will never invest with them again.
