The team at the Progressive Service Center went above and beyond to fix my truck quickly and make sure my needs were taken care of. I made an appointment to take my truck in for repairs, and a member of the Progressive staff came to meet me outside, knew who I was when I pulled up, and made sure my wife had a refill on her coffee. We quickly talked through the repairs needed, and they provided a rental car to use at no cost while the repairs were being made. They called on Friday saying the truck was ready, and since I wasn't able to pick it up that afternoon, they covered the rental until the following Monday morning. I contacted her to explain my experience, sharing that I am a business owner and I know that often we don't understand all that occurs with our employees, and she said, "We're not interested in hearing your experience" and hung up on me. Not only that, but when I returned the phone call to discuss my remaining policies, I was told they had fired staff who did not properly manage their previous policies and I would have to provide all the information again, just to get them canceled. When I said I wasn't doing this for them, they hung up on me. Clearly this office is suffering some difficult times, but even so, this was exceedingly unprofessional.
