for years my wife have had our home and auto insurance with progressive via brightway at 8936 north…read moremiitary trail balm beach gardens fl. the agent at bright way has been excellent beyond him i can't say anything good about brightway, because my wife always was the bookkeeper for out family and she did a excelelnt job un til she passed in feburary, now today i was trying to make some adjustments to my auto insurance and tried five times to reach my brighteway agent but each time i ended up with the brightway main office, asome place in theis country, and each time they tried to transsfer me to my local brightway agent but each time it went back to the main office, my fouth call they put me on hold so i requested a call back again poor servic, e aftr a 40 minute wait they never called back, so on my on fifth call i got a lady named verronica and she transferred me to progressive, this time i got a wonder woman named patti in tampa the latdy was outstanding at progressive she gave me all my answeres and made the necessary adjustments to my policy and also took my payment . this could have all been done five meiuteds if i had been transfwerred to progressive in the firsat place snd i wopuld not have wasted two hours of my day being frustrsatede the first brightweaway lady did try tyo help me but she was not that knowledgable about auto insuance but ahe at least tried but she should have just transferred me to progressive as veronica did. could tr so now i feel better that i have my insurance corrected and all my questions answered , patti at progressice should be commended she was a pleasure to deal with and for a change she knew her job and did it with a very pleasant attirtude. please don't rate my review based on my spelling never was top of the class in spelling and i flunked typing, but i must say thank you again to patti at progressive , i should have askerd her wahat city she was end but if progressive knows who she is you need to commend her as being one of the best customer service you have. now that i have calmed down i am make note o let my brightway agent know that his company is using a automatrted system that is on parr with the old native american smoke signaln system. they could use more training for thier customer service people. at least they didn't send you you different smoke sifginal over and over. after wasting almost two hous i wisjh i couild thank pattie at progressid personaly, she realy made my dauy.. but i don't care to meet anyone at brightway . i must say theat veronica did the right thing and found out what i needed and decided who could help me by contacting progressive. i hacve said enought, now i can calm down and go watch tv before supper.. again patti at progressive needsw to be recognized for her professionalism and courtesy. she sure left me with a great impression about progressive. in the several years with them my wife and i never had a problem with thier service and up to now i have always had great service forom my bightwy agent but it is difficult to get grat service from a person when you are unable to reach them. you can bet your butt i will not recommennd brightway to anyone after what i had to do today to get an answer on somthing that took less than five mitues to clear up, patti, thanks again i. hope they let you know you are way above average. and good for your company's reputation.

I selected a policy costing $542 per month and provided him with a credit card number to complete the transaction. My credit card was then charged $1,124.00. When I contacted Mr. Buza, I was told that $1124.00 was actually the cost of the policy selected for my age group. He told me not to worry that the policy would be cancelled (as this was not affordable). A week later when I failed to hear back from Mr. Buza, I contacted his office only to find out I that I needed to cancel the policy myself. This has been very difficult to get straightened out and not resolved yet. Once this mistake was made by Mr. Buza, I was dropped like a hot potato...never to be heard from again. I was left to deal with this issue and begin the research again from scratch.
