When I finally reached the agent Lindsay Whitney on 5/29/24, she stated that she was about to return my call; she then proceeded to question me about the incident. She then told me that an adjuster would be in contact in the next day or so. If I hadn't heard from them by 6/3 to give her a call back. Lo and behold, there was no call from an adjuster and when I called Ms. Whitney back, she had a voicemail stating she would be out of the office. I tried the main line again today, 6/3/24, to reach another agent for assistance and again was sent straight to voicemail. I am beyond frustrated with this company. I feel victimized by their lack of attention to my claim. They are not "wherever I am"! They are wherever I cannot find them.

"Just pay it" Took six months for reimbursement. It was my responsibility to follow up on it. State Farm helped me for a week and told me to call someone else. Afterward my policy was never correct. The totaled car was charged with the new one. The totaled car is still attached to my profile on their site. My bills ranged from less than fifty dollars to over two hundred depending on the month. The premium rose, discounts removed, and additional fees added. A correct copy of my policy was never sent for me to understand the extra costs. They sent copies of both cars, one long gone. I asked for a correct copy with the single vehicle I owned to settle my account and they would not or could not. The policy available under my profile on their website went to an error message; I could not see it. I kept asking for a new copy or an explanation of why my premium became so expensive. They would or could not. Like before, "Just pay it" or call someone else. It is a big problem when a service provider doesn't provide their service, it's bigger when they can't explain their billing.
