I filed my 2021 taxes and received a refund that was significantly less like $3500 less!!! Mind you this was taken straight out of my taxes of which I definitely needed! Contacted Connie no answer, left messages with the receptionist, ask for a return call, NOTHING NO RESPONSES!!!!! My ex attempted to contact her with no responses! There website gave you options it wouldn't allow to complete to set up automatic payments and then the rep argued with me that the option wasn't listed on the website. The payment portal is awful not letting you access payment histories most times and nowhere does it allow you to see a remaining balance. Never take a loan out with this bank.
