I contacted his agency and supplied them with the information they requested from my new insurance company. I went online and stopped the auto withdrawals from my account. 45 days later.. still no refund and no communication from Christopher. Strangely I just received an email yeterday from Farmers stating that my payment for November (and October) is late.

After 2 months of dealing with a mistake made by state farms side, I am still not able to get get my policy squared away. They've lapsed my coverage, twice, increased my rates, and fail to repair my account since etheir mistakes . Neither the office nor customer service wishes to take accountability for a 4 week lapse in my coverage which happened on two separate occasions. I wasn't made aware of this lapse in coverage until my change of policy appeared in the mail both times. These issues stem from a lack of communication on the office's part. When finding out about the mistake (a lapse in coverage I didn't approve or ask for), the office staff laughed and made light of this matter. I fail to see the humor in it. It took almost a month to get it touch with Pam, and when I though it was settled, there still were issues causing an increase in my rates. The office staff lacks professional skills and the agent is more concerned with saving face than her clients. I will be finding another company, and moving my policies. This has been a nightmare. As someone already suggested, find another agent.
