After discussing my upcoming Home Insurance Policy renewal with a friend, he told me about his positive experience he had with Allstate Insurance in Tehachapi. I contacted Zac Cullen's office for a quote and was assisted by Marissa Solmes. Shortly after conversing with Marissa, I realizred I was in good hands (no pun intended). Marissa not only found me a better Home Owners Policy, but asked if she could give me a quote for an Auto Policy. Being I had been with AAA for 19 years, and satisfied with them, I declined her offer. When I returned to conclude the deal for my Home Owners Policy, I had changed my mind and asked Marissa for an auto policy quote and within a short period of time Marissa was able to quote me a price that will save me a good amount of money annually. Between my new Homeowners Policy and Auto Policy, I will be saving a substantial of money. I am happy about the saving's, but I'm writing this review to let others know how pleased I was about the friendly and professional service I received from Marissa. Not only is she the aforementioned, but she is very knowledgeable and helpful too. Marissa is an asset to this office and words cannot truly express how impressed I was with Marissa's work ethic. My wife and I have used the services of Allstate Insurance in Tehachapi for nearly 20 years. We have had home, auto, motorcycle, and renters insurance during these years. Lisa and rest of them at Allstate are the easiest folk to work with. I can just drop into the office, and they are there with smiles ready and able to help make the changes to my policies that I require. They even call us when we may be able to get a lower premium.
