In addition, the policy limits are a little higher than our last policy and the premium is significantly lower than we paid last year when our insurer tripled our rate even though we have never made a homeowners claim in the 30+ years that we have owned homes. The agent we dealt with, Carrie Laveaga, is great! She was able to answer all our questions, offer advice to make sure we get all the discounts available to us and she has been very pleasant to deal with.

To First American's credit, after I called them and provided them with the overnight address for the insurance, they did overnight a check to my homeowner's company.
