We had a Gree central heat pump installed in June of 22 and for two months it was great. Then when…read morethe weather began to cool off we couldn't get the house to warm over 18C no matter what we did. We called and they booked us a service appointment one month later(!). The weather wasn't that cold yet so I grudgingly accepted. Then I got my power bill a few days later and it was TRIPLE what it normally had been with my old furnace in WINTER (this was for July) - over $700!. I called back and demanded someone come and take a look at it immediately. They did and discovered it was a setting that had been set wrong. They fixed it, but in spite of my claim that they should reimburse part of my power bill, my calls and emails were ignored. Fine. Fast forward to today... June of 23. Just over one year after installation (by 2 weeks). I discovered a puddle in my laundry room that originated from my heat pump in the room next to it. Called them and it will take two weeks to get someone to come look at it. AND I was told that since it's been over a year there would be a service fee. Unacceptable. I'm going to have to fix it myself. Overall, the original installation went great. They had it installed and running in one day. After that, they don't seem to care about customer service. This seems to be a company that wants to sell you a product then wash their hands of you. Stay away.

I arrived late Friday night, and after multiple attempts to fix it myself, I started looking for a plumber Saturday afternoon. Chris at EvenFlow was great. He was willing to come out on Sunday morning, arrived exactly when he said that he would, and was able to assess the problem quickly. We needed a new well pump, so I went pump shopping while he scheduled a return visit Monday morning. He was very responsive by text message when I needed advice on what to get. The installation looks good, much better than what was there before. Next time I need plumbing work, I'll call him back.
