Having a 5 year old means that I need to find places where she can burn off her kiddo energy with safe, reliable fun. Trampoline parks are always a great option, but I hesitate sometimes as they can be packed and she's trying to dodge bigger kids or vice versa. In looking at new options to use, AllThrills came up and given the good reviews, we decided to check it out. We were there late morning on a Sunday and although there several birthday parties there, it didn't feel overly crowded which was great right away. The staff was very helpful - we needed to sign a waiver which I was able to do on my phone, but they also have computers to do so if that works better for you. We went with 60 minutes of all their attractions, which also comes with a $5 credit for the arcade games. For $29, it felt like a great price which I really appreciated! My daughter ended up doing the trampolines and crash pad, the nerf ball playground, the "ninja warrior" play area, and a few arcade games. The staff at attractions was largely uninterested teenagers, but they certainly weren't rude and were helpful as needed. My daughter had an absolute blast on all the play areas, and I was impressed that none of them ever felt overly crowded. I was easily able to keep an eye on here in each area. The reason I ding a star is for the "arcade" - the card they gave us didn't work on seemingly half the games, and a good number of them were turned off. We burned through our credit in about 3 minutes with very little game play. Not a major deal and not the reason we were there, but it could use some TLC. This place is AWESOME!!! And competitive rates for other "activity / jump places" in the area. First off, it's so much larger than it looks walking in. There's a HUGE arcade area in the back, also a Cafe with nachos, pretzel, sodas, pizza. Today we attended the Mother's Day event. I got a free Mimosa & there were donuts available. The massage chairs are one of the BEST I've experienced at a place like this. I appreciate the ones that cater to the "not so active" mom's who prefer to chill while they're kids are having a blast running off that energy. I checked out the party rooms upstairs & there are pool tables!! They have a toddler area also, which is cool for the Littles who need softer play. Definitely will be back. read more

Staff was so nice, this place is truly a one stop shop for kids and I loved that all the attractions are included in admission. We were in town for spring break and had the whole place to ourselves. We have been to multiple indoor playgrounds across the US and this one by far is the best! It has something for everyone and it's well maintained. I can't say enough about the amazing staff too! It was fun for my kid but I couldn't help but notice how dirty is was. They could benefit from a deep clean. They should be vacuuming and wiping down common areas more often. So much room for activities!!! The layout of this trampoline park is so fun and really provides a safe environment for kids to run around and have fun. The ninja course is challenging and fun for all ages and Activate also has laser tag and a 5-D virtual realty experience ride. Along with a rock wall and age limits on all sections, they have arcade games and bummer cars. There is not a foam pit, but I only noticed because someone in our group wanted to try flips and was not confident on the trampolines yet. What a fun day! We came here for a before hours birthday party for a kindergarten class. It was awesome! So much room and activities for the kids. The staff helped with the gifts, food and activities. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because there was a group of kids strapped in for the VR ride and before the staff could start the ride, our time was up. The kids were forced to leave without getting to do the VR. Several cried and I was disappointed that they did not complete the ride even though everyone was strapped in and ready. read more

We have gone to a handful of bday parties at this location and it's always been smooth. Easy check in process and the staff is always very nice and helpful. They're really nice and patient with the kiddos. Only feedback would be to have more seating for parents up in the front so that we can see our kids. read more

It's a fun place for kids and young teens, and with a lot to do. My only complaint is its extremely dusty. The front of the building is less so than the back. With lots of personal often standing and talking, they should have a cleanup crew. Check out the carpeting up the steps that wraps around the trampolines!! cough cough. read more

We had my daughters birthday party here, overall, it's a good facility to have a party at. The price is good for what you get considering you have access to everything. I'm not sure if our party host was new, but the service was not great. Three stars is really just for the facility itself, and he was nice, but service was severely lacking. I had called about a week after booking to confirm my reservation and ask to add a party room. They added it on and confirmed my details. A couple days before the party I received another call to confirm the party and they confirmed the details and that I had a party room. Day of, we arrived about 19 minutes ahead of the party time. They have a strict 15 minutes early policy and said the host was still setting up our room and would be down soon. We waited, no one came. Our guests started showing up before we even got checked in. Our host seemed confused and seemed like he was new and needed guidance. After finally checking us in, he led us to a picnic table in the back with several other parties. I told him we had a party room and he had to run off and ask his manager. We waited again for several more minutes for him to confirm our room even though I had multiple times before and they even acknowledged it when we tried to check in earlier. We finally got to the room and we're still setting up after our party time had started because we waited so long. We did not get grip socks as paid for, which I did not even realize until one of my guests asked and we had to ask them. We also had to ask for the arcade cards which we had paid for. They had pitchers of drinks but no cups which we had to ask for and they gave us about 14 when we had a party of over 30 with adults included. They brought out 3 of our pizzas and said they would be back out with the other three we had. I asked him for a refill on drinks and if he would announce the pizzas were ready for our guests (as all the other hosts were doing) he said he would do both. Neither ever happened. We had to try and wrangle all the guests and kids and get them to the room. One of the kids ended up missing out on both pizza and cake because we couldn't find them and the host didn't announce anything. We had to ask another host for refills after he never came back and we had to go and get cups ourselves because we ran out and our host never brought them. Even though we got checked in late, they were quick to usher us out right at our end time. When paying, they said we had 7 extra jumpers, the host previously told us 5. Possibly we had some adults that said they would be jumping and they charged us for them too? The problem is they do not even ask how you want to handle this. So if extra siblings, adults. Etc come in and say they are also jumping, they don't even ask them to pay they just add them all to the tab. So I guess just be clear to your guests if you don't want to pay for extra people at $20 each. Then they asked if I wanted to leave a tip for our host. He was nice and seemed nervous I would have been okay leaving a 10% tip which would have been about $60 for a $600 bill They said the minimum was 15% which she said came out to $118. I told her to skip the tip which she seemed a little bothered by. First of all, I don't know how 15% of $600 comes to $118. And the service we received was not at ALL worth $118. If we had gotten the service that is advertised I would been less hesitant to fork out a $118 tip for a host, but we definitely did not get the service advertised and that we paid for. Communication was really poor and we ran around so much trying to find things or ask for things that should have been provided to begin with. I've been going to activate since it open in march of 2020. The staff is super nice and they are open to questions and when you need help. I think that it is a fun place to take your kids, and the prices are reasonable. I go to a group called Squatch Warriors that go there most afternoons during the school year and everyday over breaks. I recently just got hired at activate and it is fun talking the parents and helping the kids with the attractions like, lazer tag, 5d rider and there is a lazer maze that is completely free, there is also an arcade in the back of the building that has a variety of games that are fun for kids and adults. read more

If you are concerned about contracting Covid 19 stay away. Staff wearing masks below their noses and at least 40% of patrons over age of 2 were not wearing masks. No signs requiring masks. Place was packed, a real petrie dish of germs. Not concerned about their patrons health. read more

We recently had a birthday party here, because of covid you get the whole place to yourself. It is clean and they have strict rules about masks and hand cleaning while you are not doing an activity. Our party was for two teenagers, and consisted of mostly older family members. Everyone had a blast, even the grandparents were able to particpate in some of the jumping and playing. It is well worth the money to rent it out for an event right now. I highly recommend the wipe out game for anyone who is looking for a good laugh, we spent most of our time laughing that no one could jump over the pole when it came to their turn. read more

This place was awesome, i brought my siblings here to have some fun and exercise, and i even got a good workout myself on all the activities! Though i would recommend that in some aspects this place could use more of an uplift and maybe more advertising, to me at least.
