Unfortunately, you did not have the size we needed in stock, so we went directly to the manufacturer. When it comes to my child's safety, I will pay whatever it costs to ensure he has the best protection available. What I found disappointing about your response is that it came across as defensive from the very beginning. If your company's policy is that you won't help customers unless they purchased the product from you, then perhaps that should be clearly communicated. What you also failed to address was my concern about the unfriendly, nonverbal communication we experienced in your store. Ironically, my son's cheeks were just barely touching the side pads, so the helmet needed a minor adjustment. We stopped at another sporting goods store, and they were happy to help us. They took the time to make sure the fit was correct, and because of the excellent customer service they provided, I ended up purchasing a different helmet from them that fit even better. You assumed that because I didn't buy the helmet from your store, I should not have expected any assistance. I disagree. I was a small business owner myself, and if someone came into my business needing help with a product--even if they purchased it elsewhere--I would help them. More often than not, that level of service led to a sale and earned a loyal customer. Customer service builds relationships, and relationships build businesses. There's a reason I was able to sell my company successfully. Unfortunately, that wasn't the experience we had at your store. Your employee simply shook his head "no," dismissed us, and made no effort to assist. Had he taken a few minutes to help, your business very likely would have earned a sale and a long-term customer. Your response has only reinforced my impression of how your business treats people. I'll gladly drive wherever I need to in order to get the products and service my family deserves. Even if your store is on the way, I won't stop. I'll take my business elsewhere.

    Would not recommend…read more I dropped my bike off 6 weeks ago and knew it was time for the dropper post to be rebuilt which they confirmed. I was told they'd get it rebuilt then contact me when it was ready. I didn't hear anything back and when I reached out yesterday that's the first time they tried to fix it saying they could send it off to be done locally. What were they doing the past 6 weeks?? I can't imagine relying on this place to services bike in riding season with any sense of confidence. While they blamed it on Fox for warranty issues, the first they asked about what year it was to see if it was recall eligible was yesterday, so it clearly was sitting there for 6 weeks collecting dust. Tried to keep business at a small shop, but very disappointed. Picked up my bike and will take my business elsewhere.

    I recently got a board wax and my edges sharpened at Denver Bike and Ski Repair. My experience and…read morethe customer service was pleasant, and I got some good extra information on fixing two small chips with epoxy. The wax and sharpening was excellent! My board was flying down the hill the other day, and I could hear the edges really digging in to the snow. They are truly "sharp," and the shop even filled in a couple of dings on the bottom of the board. Given the work quality and price point, you can't go wrong here!

Although…read moreI really don't believe I'll be the club champion I'm very pleased with the process used here. Rob Mitchell was very knowledgeable, patient and caring. Rob explained the point of finding the right shaft and club head combination to get maximum distance and accuracy on the course. This should make it more likely to score well. I've had one driving range session and one round of golf and the irons and hybrids were amazing. They all felt good in hand and yielding the results I hoped for. The prices weren't cheap but will be worth it in the long run as the clubs were fit specifically to me. Rob didn't try to upsell me by replacing my driver. We tried many options but found my driver to be the best option. It took 2 weeks from the fitting for the clubs to be delivered. I was expecting a lengthy delay and was very pleasantly surprised.
