I had new valves installed on the trailer mounted unit, they went bad, I brought the unit back expecting it to be repaired under warranty. To my surprise I was told that parts are not covered under warranty. I let the manager CHASE know that I was not happy and I would not be back here anymore. I was told by CHASE and I quote " I don't care " I have been in business for 40 years I have never been told by a manager I don't care. I am sure that the owner would not use this language to a customer. I have spent thousands of dollars at Proline and I would not recommend you don't either.

The service is top notch, and the "weekend special" cannot be beat. Comparing prices to H.D., Gen Rental always beats them. You will be hard pressed to find anything you need that they dont have. Honestly, I think their prices are more than fair and on some items cheap. Will be coming back as the projects mount.

They changed the oil, plugs, filters, etc. and $85 later, my generator was running like a charm and served me well for that storm. BUT... as I am getting older, pulling that cord was problematic. I sold my old generator and bought a new one -- one that started with a KEY! BUT-- I had no clue on how to set it up and get it going. REX RENTAL came through once again. Bill added gas, oil, charged the battery and gave me "Generator 101" lessons on how to use this one. REX is ALSO a rental place - tables, chair, tents, pressure washers ---AND they REPAIR lawn mowers and small engine stuff. Everyone was pleasant - they are affordable - and best of all... they are LOCAL and independently owned. I love patronizing mom and pop businesses.

Just drove 2 hours to come to this place and the guy was super rude I was trying to explain my issue and he just said he didn't understand the problem and that he was too busy to help. The lady who I think is the wife of the owner was hearing everything and didn't do anything about it. I've been coming here for a vey long time and can only get helped when Kyle is there. I would not recommend this place whatsoever, if Kyle is not there they will not help you. Don't waste your time and money. Disgusting people to say the least.
