After working some things out a great tech by the name of Daniel came by on his way home to discuss everything. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. He informed me of schedule issues within the office. He said he would submit paperwork and quote would be sent out . After waiting a week I still never received one. After leaving several messages I finally called back and spoke to someone in the office. After telling them the story they said they would have him come out and give me an estimate. I said he was already here and I was awaiting on the numbers and totals. The next thing out of her mouth was ok so it sounds like you need your tank filled. I am like this is a candid camera or phone prank. I step out to do an errand and I come back and there are three holes in the wall two additional holes in my wall which were not authorized, and they didn't even save the sheet rock patch to fix the access holes. They charged me 1,100.00 to install one outlet next to the toilet. I had to hire a repair person to patch and paint the all three holes in the wall which cost 778.00. I have gone back and forth which C.W. Fisher to negotiate the invoice and have still not come to a sensible amount but they insist on full payment. Total job cost for one outlet = 1,878.00 Buyer beware, find another electrical company to do your project.

He was able to identify a faulty hot line, one of six on two different circuits, that was shorting out because of water in the underground conduit as well as a broken neutral line with an internal break with no outward physical indication of damage. I was up and running again in less that three hours. Truly remarkable work. In my competent handyman opinion, you will be unable to find a better electrician than C W Fischer and Isaias Bagz.

As soon as Brian walked in, he diagnosed the issue in about five minutes, it turned out the problem was actually FPL's fault and the meter needed to be changed. Brian clearly explained what was going on and confirmed that nothing in my house was causing the issue. He was professional, calm, and clearly very knowledgeable. To my surprise, he wouldn't even charge me for diagnosing the problem. That level of honesty is rare and deeply appreciated. This company is honest, quick, and truly looks out for the customer. I am sure that the owner would not use this language to a customer. I have spent thousands of dollars at Proline and I would not recommend you don't either.
