I have been seeing Lucy, at Allure for a couple of years now and can't begin to tell you how amazing she is. If you are looking for a true "artist" you will find it in her. I started small: a little Dysport on my forehead, brow and eye area. She studied my face and hit all the right spots without making me have the "can't move my face" appearance. I then trusted the process and had her do my lips....so perfect and natural looking. Today she basically gave me a face lift with her combination of fillers and Dysport. I refused treatment due to Lucy not feeling confident enough in what she was doing. I had Botox done there twice before by Tony and it didn't work. Wanted to give them a 3rd chance and Lucy made a rude comment "I'm not God, I don't know if it will work or not." Absolutely, you are not ma'am, but you are educated to do this, not me. Lord. Mila, the office manager was also very rude and silently laughing in the background. They do not care about their patients and do not make them feel comfortable. Very clean. Was happy with results of my Dysport. Prices are reasonable. I was charged for a few units of overage that I didn't know I was receiving at the time of injection; however, when I called and explained, they credited me right away and I felt that was very professional. I will be back. Update: Allure is a great "go to" spa. Staff is friendly and Tony is very knowledgeable with injectables and pays close attn to each persons needs and expectations. I have had several services completed here (Botox, Radiesse, and mesotherapy, which is basically Kybella) all with Lucy. I have been 100% happy with each service. I have started calling Lucy my beauty fairy godmother because she is so good at making me look my best. Lucy looked at my face and made excellent recommendations for little tweaks that would deliver harmony to my face. She is not in the business of making you look like someone else, just the best version of yourself, which I totally appreciate. I want to delay the aging process as much as I can and I feel like Lucy has given me a plan for how to accomplish that. In terms of the actual experience: not many people enjoy having needles poked into their face. But, Lucy, Mila, and Brittany are so personable, welcoming, and attentive that it makes it alright. They all make me feel at ease every time from offering a beverage to icing my face to putting lip balm on me when my lips were chapped! These ladies are truly wonderful service providers. Bottom line: if you're looking to have some artful tweaks done, go in ask questions, and trust that these ladies will help put together a plan that will make you feel good. read more

I took package for skin services before Covid and within a month or so Covid started so I was not able to make for other appointments . I called them after vaccination hoping that they will consider it because I had valid reason. They told me they extend the expiration dates for a month and that extension was also in peak covid time and there was no vaccination. I was surprised by there service , everyone in the world are helping each other in this difficult times and these people don't have to help me but at least provide service for what I paid. They made me wait for long hours just to tell that, hoping that I would give up. Very bad service. read more

I went to this place 4 weeks ago for Botox that I thought I was getting but it was something else similar. Turns out my deal was not a deal because the " DYSPORT" you have to use double the units to be effective, so it was not a deal at all. Now the real reason I am writing this review was about my experience. I walk it and fill out some paperwork, a woman takes me to a room, the chair that I was seated in did not have a cloth or paper covered over it ( unsanitary) the man who did the procedure never introduced himself nor the woman ( who I learned was the MANAGER) . They were busy talking amongst themselves to where it was difficult for me to ask questions. The guy who did the injections was asking me about Groupon and if I used them often ( which I don't) had the audacity to say "well you know we do that just to get you in here and get your business "......... who does that???? After all of that he did the injections and massaged them in( IT IS A NO NO TO RUB THAT I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN TOLD. I said something to him and in his arrogant want made some bs comment. As I was leaving they gave me a card stating what NOT TO DO. It clearly in bold letters said do NOT in bold letters and underlined . SO WHY WOULD HE? It has only been 4 weeks since I had the injections and it is already wearing off. I will never go back there. I have used Ageless Remedies in Roswell just a few miles away several times and loved the experience front start to finish, they are so professional and clean ! I will definitely return my business to them from now on! I guess I will go there for a touch up since their stuff is no good.
