Dr. Raven is pretty good! She actually helped me find what works for my skin and cleared my acne from shit to THE SHIT, haha. I'll post pictures of my changes but I was frantic and she was always calm and patient and told me to follow her directions. Now my skin is better and I have more confidence. I stopped going here because I moved and now it's too far and They don't take weekend appointments now I have to find a decent dermatologist again I would suggest this place if your AA and need help with your skin. Dr. Yune is absolutely INCREDIBLE. I seriously cannot say enough great things about both him and all of the staff at ASC. I had debated getting a rhinoplasty for years before I finally went for a consult and had my surgery because I was scared that I wouldn't look like me anymore, or that it just would not look good. It's always a treat coming. I've had Leslie do a set of BBL laser treatments over the years and she is seriously phenomenal. It helped repair sun damage from the summer and left my skin feeling much brighter - especially when I was having them monthly. Just recently I saw Missy for Juvederm Voluma filler, and Botox. She was AMAZING. She took her time, explained the process, and was very conscientious with her technique to prevent any bruising. And I literally had none the next day! (Even after a few glasses of wine later that night.) I wouldn't recommend anyone but Missy for injections. I've had a good friend of mine that saw Dr. Yune for a cosmetic procedure and she looks much younger. His technique is natural, but makes a very big difference. Okay, I'm actually shocked I haven't already left a review. I was going to update it to add my amazing hair removal experience with Michael today, and can not believe I haven't left one already. I love ASC SO much! My only regret is that it took me so long to find them. After having the WORST experiences with Ideal Image(pain, no results, SO expensive), I had a lot of fear and not a lot of trust issues. *Please don't ever go to Ideal Image unless you hate yourself, you're a glutton for pain, and like to waste money.* I had SO many trusted friends recommend ASC, so I decided to give them a try. Literally everyone. My first visit was for Botox (and maybe lips?) with Missy. It's hard to remember exactly where I started. Since then, I have had facials, laser treatments, Botox, lip fillers, under eye fillers, lash tints and lifts, and now laser hair removal. There is honestly nothing I wouldn't trust them to do. Every experience has been consistently amazing from the customer service, to keeping me comfortable, to amazing results. NOTHING has been painful. They have highly trained team members, advanced technology, and tools to make everything as painless as possible. I am always excited to try something new, but also value their honesty when they tell me I don't need a treatment. (I literally want to do everything I see them post about because their results are always amazing!) Their pretty view isn't too bad either. Dr Kate and her staff were empathetic, compassionate, thorough (the first time around), informative and overall caring. I've been seeing Dr. Gardner for several years. She's incredibly nice and thorough. She checks everywhere on your skin for problems. If she even suspects a problem, she'll ask for permission to biopsy right then and there. I only see her for annual skin checks, but she also does cosmetic work. Her staff is equally nice. She's treated several members of my family and always asks about them. I like that she takes the time to keep track of patients, whether it's just a normal scan or it develops into something more serious. I absolutely recommend her as a dermatologist. read more

Dr. Chynna Steele: Level of trust in provider's decisions POOR- felt taken advantage of and still have no idea what skin condition I have.. How well provider explains medical condition(s) POOR - told me I had something that was far from the case. Gave me advice for applying certain lotions and a prescription. How well provider listens and answers questions POOR - didn't help me figure out what was really wrong with my skin condition. Took advantage of my knowledge and didn't take the time to really get to the root cause. Spends appropriate amount of time with patients TERRIBLE - walked in and out within a 5-7minute period. I walked out unhappy and didn't have any idea of what was really wrong with my skin. Will not visit there again. read more

Missy is the absolute best !! I was nervous getting lip filler for the first time, but Missy made me feel 100x more comfortable. She walked we through the process from beginning to end, told me exactly where she would be injecting, made sure it was quick and painless, and stayed with me until I felt comfortable to leave ! I had left my previous dermatologist because it seemed the office was far more interested in my insurance and payment than they were my reason for making the appointment. As a result, I reached out to ASCPSD, and I'm glad I did. Very professional, Dr Steele seems highly competent and well-versed in dermatology. Staff was friendly and helpful as well, and gave me several useful derm tips to use moving forward. As odd as it is getting a mole-check and meeting someone... NAKED -- :O --for the very first time, Dr Steele was very professional and made the whole thing a lot more comfortable as a result. Couldn't be happier with my experiences at ASC - seriously, the staff and the level of care have far exceeded my expectations. I started going to Missy last year and she is absolutely amazing. Don't EVER go here! This facility is VERY expensive and they will not work with you if you have an account balance. They will turn around and send you to collections and it will affect your credit score. In my opinion, this place is nothing but a money hungry business. I don't know of any other "medical" practice that cannot be bothered to work with a patient to pay a bill. I had called the office billing department multiple times during my lunch break and I always got their voice mail. The last time I called I left a detailed message stating that I would pay the balance of my bill (after being charged 2 late fees) as soon as I got paid. I even gave them the date that I would mail out the check. They never bothered to call me back and they went ahead and sent me to collections. Save yourself money and heartache...have your general practitioner take care of any skin issues you might have. read more

I first visited ASC after being referred by a family member. I had been considering a Breast Augmentation for many years and Dr. Marc Yune came highly recommended. Upon my arrival to his office in Greensboro, GA I felt immediately at ease. The staff was welcoming and friendly. I was attending the University of Georgia at the time and found the location to be perfect for my needs. Meeting Dr. Yune for the first time I was somewhat nervous. I had never had any major surgery before. Dr. Yune immediately put me at ease. He had a humble and approachable demeanor. Not what I expected from a Plastic Surgeon, especially one with his level of expertise. We took some photos and he reviewed my prospective results with me. Even saying "I don't want to tell you what I would change about you, I want to hear your opinion and show you what I can change for you". Mind you, this was many years ago and I have NEVER forgotten that statement. He gained my full confidence and I booked my surgery that day. A few weeks later I had my surgery at the Putnam General Hospital in Eatonton, GA. Dr. Yune and his amazing staff made me feel like I was queen for a day! The apparatus that holds the arms of the patient during the surgery scared me, I recall telling Dr. Yune it made me nervous. Instead of brushing me off he fully explained exactly how the apparatus was used, and went over yet AGAIN how he would perform the surgery. The anesthesiologist arrived and soon I was off to sleep! I awoke and Dr. Yune checked on me as well as the nursing staff. Just a few short hours later I was headed home. People often ask me if I am happy I chose to have a breast augmentation. I always respond "It was the best decision of my life"! (Aside from having a beautiful baby boy about two years ago) I have been back to both the Roswell and Greensboro offices many times. I now do regular skin exams with Dr. Elosiebo-Walker, facials with Michael and Adina and they are AMAZING!! Their Nurse Practitioner Allie has been administering B-12 injections for me lately and I feel much more energized. Tracey Gregory, FNP-BC has treated me for botox injections and I loved her sweet nature and soft touch. Even the front desk staff is sweet and approachable. This is truly a unique practice. I never worry when I go to ASC - I know I'm in good and very qualified hands. I always look better going out than when I went in (albeit with some expected downtime of a few days for treatments I've had). Dr. Steele is an excellent doctor on both the medical and cosmetic side and Alicia is just terrific. This is a safe, effective office and they concentrate on what will work, not the latest thing though they have some new gee whizzy stuff that they research very carefully. I moved here from Florida in need of a new dermatologist as I was diagnosed years ago with basal cell. I am well aware of dermatology diagnosis and procedure as I have been a pt for years and I am also a doctor myself. Be aware of fraudulent billing for services not performed! I have been fighting with their billing dept and Dr Steele herself over charges to me that my insurance did not cover. The CPT codes listed were services not performed and they seem not to be concerned. Many medical providers will try to take advantage of a patient they think doesn't know any better. Not this time. I'm reporting them to my insurance provider and possibly the insurance commissioner as well. It's been ridiculous! read more

As I read the other reviews, I noticed someone wrote that, "this place is a rip off" I must admit, the prices are more than any of the other locations that I checked out. However, I cannot and will not allow someone to work on my face just because they have a lower price. The practitioner, Sawyer was very professional and helpful. It was my very first time having cosmetic injections. I was not sure which option to choose. Dr. Yune explained the the different types of medications, the procedure and the cost. I did spend double the amount of money that I thought I would spend, but, I'm glad that I had my first experience with ASC and Dr. Yune. I had 4 vials total of two different meds. One for each upper cheek and one for each laugh line (give or take). I was amazed that the results were almost immediate. Having needle sticks to the face was very scary for me. Missy allowed me to squeeze her hand. That was comforting and it helped...a lot. The upper cheek injection is supposed to last 2 years. The ones for the laugh lines, maybe a year. I would recommend ACS, mostly because of the professionalism and expertise. I cannot see myself allowing anyone else touch my face. Thanks guys! Keep up the great work! read more
