Four of us for a mani pedi. The lady who checked us in started in my feet. Everytime someone new walked in she stopped. One friend had the nail tech get snippy at her when the first nail was painted and the color was much brighter than she wanted. Still good mani pedi otherwise. Other friends had good service and two techs for each. I still just had the one. She finally started my hands and the first thing she did was take clippers and cut my nails to the fingertips - I was like WHOAH! But too late! All nails on my right hand are stubs! She says "you didn't say". You didn't ask you just chopped! Nails on right hand didn't get cut. And it was downhill from there! May be the worst mani pedi I have had! And expensive too! This place is beautiful and I've had many wonderful pedicures here. Manicures are hit or miss - a year and a half ago one of the employees talked me into SNS and she destroyed my nails with the drill so now if I get a manicure I ask for regular polish. My most recent visit the guy told me that the regular polish wasn't going to last long/that white wasn't the best choice so I think he just kind of rushed through & neglected to paint my entire nail when he went for the second coat. I have never been to this nail salon or live in this area however I will say I was very impressed. The lady at the front desk got me right in a chair without an appointment while it was very busy. Loan did an outstanding job of taking care of everything I needed, she was also very gentle and fast while doing my SNS manicure, making sure I liked my nails along the way, and was very carful at not cutting my cuticles with the drill. Loan made me Christmas! My eyebrows were also nicely done, and so were my toes, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The nail technician, Son, made extremely offensive and inappropriate comments when I asked him not to soak my entire hand in the chemical solution for removing acrylics. He responded with a rude and borderline racist remark about my hair being glued, therefore I shouldn't be concerned about chemicals- which was both untrue and irrelevant. The pedicures are amazing. I hate to give only 3 stars but I'm pretty peeved about their SNS. Again the best foot and leg massages ever! I've been twice and the first time my sns cracked within a week. My second time my manicurist used a gel top coat with uv lights, he said so the polish didn't discolor. In less than 2 weeks they have lifted or broken. This is a lovely, clean, salon. Perfect location. Great pedicures. I've been getting sns forever and can usually go 3 weeks in between. This salon is on the pricier side, and the SNS manicures have not held up. Also, please don't rush clients looking for colors. read more

I tried to like both of the services I received but my nails are chunky and heavy, and my eyebrows were rushed when waxed and look like they haven't been maintained in months. I told him I have a busy schedule but that I would try again my next off day. They obviously really care about their customers experiences. While I had an unfortunate encounter, I'm sure it is still a great salon and worth giving them a chance! I had scheduled a 12pm appointment to get sns. I wanted to get a set and had every intention of letting them do whatever they wanted to my nails. Glitter, decals, etc and I'd pay. I get there a little early and there is absolutely no one inside. I started to wonder if they were even open and when I checked online it said they were. I called out and no one responded. Decided to check in and look at colors. I could hear laughing in the back but still no one was up front. After several minutes I was beginning to get frustrated because I've heard wonderful things about this salon and how they are always on time. I have a busy day and can't afford to run behind. I called out again and a man ran up front. I told him I had a noon apt and he gave me some excuse about not having a way to see that someone checked in when you're in the back.. you would think if you were expecting client you would make sure someone was up front. I got a text yesterday to confirm my appointment and everything... I understand that it's a slow Monday and wanting to hang with friends while it's slow but that was just rude. Ran into this place for a mani pedi. The customer service was terrible and during the manicure service the technician kept hitting the recline button on the chair and didn't care. I kept bringing it to his attention and he was laughing. After the 3rd time it happened I was not amused. The polish I picked for my nails was on the wall with all the other polish and they tried to charge me $5 extra because it was an OPI Gel polish. I told them that it was where I was told to pick a polish (clearly in the wrong area) so I asked them to find me a similar color in regular polish. My sister and I have both gone here and each share very disappointing experiences. After getting SNS with tips, my nails began to crack after a mere 2 days. My sister also got SNS with tips and has only noticed more & more issues since the appointment. Her cuticles were not manicured, there was SNS left on her skin, the design was very poorly executed, etc. Her lady was very dismissive of my sister's concerns, and it was seemingly her way or nothing. My sister kept on saying she didn't want the base to appear pink and the lady grabbed her hand saying it's not, that's the color of your nail- which is not the case. At first my sister had a man who was going to work on her nails. He was saying something and my sister couldn't understand what he was asking he got frustrated, packed up his stuff, and walked away telling does else to work on her nails. Both my sister and I felt as tho the women working on our nails were talking about us during the appointment. At one point, I received as text and was intending to respond later. The lady looked at my phone and told me I could answer that, I slightly moved to do as she said, and she got all upset because I had moved. She and the other lady exchanged an obvious look and proceeded to start speaking with each other in another language while one was rolling her eyes. After a lacking appointment, my sister went to pay and thought as tho she was overcharged, and when leaving the tip her lady was standing there saying "oh how much do you think you are going to give me, how much do you think I deserve, how much", while pointing at the line to write in a tip amount. Very inappropriate, and adding to the uncomfortable experience. Will not be returning to this establishment again. read more
