After contacting Alle, learned it is "salon choice" and not as I was told "Alle". I am not sure what other policy they might have in place but those points can buy product as well. Sales of cosmetic options I get. However, there is such a thing as "bread and butter" of a practice. Spreading the word of a wonderful person, like Stacey, has brought her my colleagues and friends who are wanting more services than I. I will no longer encourage people to give JMISKO a try as I would not want anyone I send to be blindsided by this new unrealistic change. Honesty always the best policy.
