Chelsea was the NP that worked with me and was super friendly and knowledgable. She was conservative with her treatment and assured me I could always come back if I was not 100% satisfied. This is important as some procedures are not immediately reversible and it is better to start conservatively even though I know I can be pushy sometimes ;) I have been to many other med spas and must say they have a good thing going. As it was my first visit I cannot vouch for 5 stars quiet yet but I will be back. The ladies at the front desk were also very professional and helpful unlike some other med spas I have been to. After contacting Alle, learned it is "salon choice" and not as I was told "Alle". I am not sure what other policy they might have in place but those points can buy product as well. Spreading the word of a wonderful person, like Stacey, has brought her my colleagues and friends who are wanting more services than I.
