We made an appointment with Emmy and I'm so glad I had her expertise on my side. Details are not my strong point so it was very helpful to have Emmy point out all the details on each dress I tried on. She listened to me explain my idea of a dream wedding and helped pick out the perfect dress. When I put it on I instantly started to cry! Emmy and the staff are very flexible and I really appreciate it. Since I had to fly in from Denver they were very accommodating and worked with my schedule. When we asked if we could come back another day with my mother-in-law , the manager immediately jumped to the assumption that we were being dishonest and accused us of lying. There was no reason for that reaction, and it felt incredibly rude, judgmental, and unprofessional. We were respectful, genuine, and simply trying to include an important family member in a once-in-a-lifetime moment. Instead of understanding, we were made to feel uncomfortable and unfairly accused. Brides deserve to feel supported and celebrated when choosing a wedding dress. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here.

No apology, thanks for your patience, etc. Once tag was removed she rang up the sale. Didn't give my daughter the total. My daughter paid and realized she was charged full price. Told the clerk the piece was on sale (which was clearly marked on the tag). No apology or recognition of a mistake. Great selection of clothing, however. If service would have been better I would have considered trying on more clothes. We will not return. Very disappointing.

I was selling about a dozen key comics, among them first appearance Wolverine, Punisher, etc. I had already an idea of value from following a number of eBay auctions. What I was offered I felt was low, the store manager had another individual call me with only a slightly higher offer. They cited overhead expenses as one reason for the low offer - whatever. Bottomline I sold everything on eBay for easily double what I was offered. Seller beware.

That was on September 30th. It is now November 9th and have yet to receive payment. They are the only boutique/business that has not paid me...everyone else pays before ship or COD. I am a small business owner that just began my business in the Summer of 2016 and feel that I have been jipped big time. I have filed a report with the Better Business Bureau in the hopes that I will receive the money owed to me before Christmas. You are assigned a bid number, and there is a book with the item listed on a page. You write in your bid with your bidder number. When seven days have passed since the last bid, the high bidder wins. I was able to purchase a lovely, hand quilted quilt at a very reasonable price this way. The staff is extremely nice, too.
