I visited this nail salon last Saturday with my best friend in preparation for a birthday party. Our excitement quickly turned into disappointment upon arrival. To start, there was no color booklet available to help us choose our nail colors, which was a frustrating setback. My manicure experience was nothing short of a disaster. Over the past 15 years, I've had numerous nail treatments, but this was undoubtedly the worst. The lady who attended to me seemed to lack the skill and precision I had come to expect. The end result was far from satisfactory. Moving on to the pedicure, things didn't get any better. I had requested a vibrant lime green color, but they ended up applying white nail polish instead. This mix-up was disappointing, to say the least. What's more, the salon completely overlooked the ingrown toenails I had mentioned, and now, five days later, I'm in significant pain, requiring another visit despite having paid a substantial $115 for both the gel Manicure and Pedi. The duration of the pedicure was astonishingly long, almost two hours, and what made it even more perplexing was that three different staff members worked on it. This disjointed approach added to the overall negative experience. I used to be a regular customer here five years ago when the salon was under different management. Sadly, it seems the quality and skill level of the current staff have deteriorated significantly. This is a far cry from the salon's previous standards, and it's a real shame. Given my recent experience, I cannot recommend this salon, and I'll be searching for a new place for my future nail care needs. read more

As a daughter of a hairstylist, I'm 100% skeptical of anyone doing my hair but my mom. W/out mom as option now that she's retired, I took a chance at hair salon owned by allure's owner, Kim, because of how satisfied I am w/ the pedis/waxing services. Not only does my hair look PHENOMENAL, the experience was unlike anything I've ever experienced and I've been in many salons, most of them high-end. I've got ridiculously thick long hair and Kim loaded my hair w/ foils and the result was meticulous highlights. The piece de resistance however is the shampoo bowls or lack there of. Instead, I was led to a comfy massage-like table, covered in a warm blanket and my hair was washed/thoroughly massaged(amazing!) while resting my whole body. I'm sold!! Will use Kim for hair services moving forward. I can't stop looking at my hair. So shiny/healthy-looking. Loved everything about my experience!! Thank you so much Kim!! read more

I never review anyone before but I have to now. I went to this place with my friend. Had to part across the street and walkin under the rain. They were all playing on the phone no greeting. My friend was okay with the service, but mine were horrible. I could do better painting on my nail. The girl rushed me through the pedicure and gel nail. I guess to go back to the game she played, cozy there were no one else but two of us. My nails look clumsy and paint all over my fingers. She didn't even say any thing to me at all. I didn't even know my pedicure was done. Only know that my big toes hurt badly now after a pedicure...bad service, bad business practice. read more
