But when you're spending well over $100 for a tow, you kinda expect a wee bit of politeness.

!Warning to All Tire Depot Customers!…read more I've been a loyal customer of Tire Depot for over two years--but after today, that ends. My wife took our vehicle in to get a simple $15 tire patch. While in their care, they snapped a lug nut off. Instead of taking responsibility, they told my wife she needed to go buy a $60 replacement part--for something they broke. That's not just bad service, it's completely unacceptable. When I called to understand what happened, I was told a manager wasn't needed and that I should come in. So I did. Once there, the representative dismissed my concerns, claiming my wife "understood the situation" and implying that I was the one who didn't. I explained that my wife isn't mechanically inclined and didn't feel comfortable pushing back. Their response? He told me I was "acting like a woman." Yes--he actually said that. That sexist, condescending remark stopped me cold. I asked to speak to the manager, and he smugly told me he was the owner. When I asked who broke the lug nut, he dodged the question entirely, insisting no one was at fault--yet admitted his team had worked on the car. Then, in a bizarre move, he tried to prove his point by going outside to demonstrate on my car. I stopped him--no one's touching my car again. Instead of making it right, he told me to "calm down" after insulting me, and then--after going in circles--finally said, "Go buy the part and we'll fix it for free." That's not a solution. That's a cover-up. You broke it. You fix it. That's how business is supposed to work. Tire Depot had two years of trust, but in one visit, they lost it completely. My car left in worse shape than it came in, and I was left disrespected, blamed, and expected to pay for their mistake. Be warned: If something goes wrong here, they won't have your back
