From when our initial ETA was provided (30-60 min), first guy from Woodies Towing called and said 20 min (never came), and second guy called 10 min later with ETA 35 min. In total it took just over an hour. It was confusing why they'd sent two trucks but I figured at least one will show up and I was right. Although I had provided info over the phone where we were, what road we were on, what direction we were facing, and what car we were in, the tow driver still had a hard time finding us despite we were the only ones on the shoulder with our hazards on. His English and comprehension were not very good. But the experience from his arrival to delivery of the car to the shop was stellar. He was very polite and customer oriented. 1 star for the first half of the experience and 5 stars for the second. Perhaps a second phone call explaining why the first tow driver wasn't coming - would have raised my review.

I had to come here to gather all my belongings from my vehicle after a car accident this weekend. I didn't want to be here but this was about as pleasant of an experience as it could be. Lady behind the window processed everything and made me sign a few forms and then opened the secured door for me so we could walk over to my car to get my belongings. I still have quite a few items in my car and she was very kind and helped me with everything. I had to get a bike rack off my car, and she was nice enough to help me. I then also had a phone mount that was help up by my A/C unit and she was able to wiggle it loose. She even helped me carry everything over back to the office and also a 24 can case of soda water I had. After I loaded up my car, I needed to use the bathroom before the long drive back home and she was ok with me using the bathroom. Overall, about as good of an experience as possible! I hope you never have to experience this, but if you do, I hope you also get the same nice lady I had.

Towing the vehicle because there's no placard or handicap plate isn't the issue and is completely legal. However contacting them and requesting to pickup the vehicle which was towed from private property, and has my mothers medicine in the car they said well it was towed after our office business hours and we are closed because it's Friday you won't be able to access or pickup the vehicle until Monday morning. Any legitimate or respectable towing company offers office after hour pickups for a fee or has a way to setup an emergency office after hours service and what I got is a woman who said "sorry I can't do anything but hope that your mother will be fine until Monday morning" and hung up on me
